VIC: More than 20,000 visitors to state s surf beaches

MELBOURNE, Jan 18 AAP - Victorian surf lifesavers rescued seven swimmers and bodyboarders
today when more than 20,000 visited the state's ocean beaches.

Surf Life Saving Victoria (SLSV) said three swimmers were rescued at the edge of the flags
at Fairhaven, south-west of Melbourne.
